About
Pocket Offline started as a shared note between a few friends who were tired of downloading games that demanded a login before you could even see the menu. We wanted a simple list of titles that actually work on a plane or in the middle of nowhere, and the note eventually turned into this site.,We play every game ourselves on real phones, usually for several evenings before writing anything. Nobody gets a review based on a trailer or a press kit. If a game crashes, drains the battery or hides half its content behind a connection, we say so.,Choosing what to cover is pretty low-tech. We look at what people ask about, what pops up in our own download lists, and what friends recommend. The only hard rule is that the core game has to be playable fully offline.,The site stays small on purpose. We would rather publish one honest review a week than flood the catalogue with filler. If you spot a mistake or disagree, the contact page is right there.
