Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon puts you in charge of a sleepy airstrip and asks you to turn it into a busy hub. You lay out runways, hire staff, schedule flights and juggle passenger happiness. It's a management sim with a friendly, approachable face.

The loop is satisfying in that classic tycoon way: expand, see the numbers improve, expand again. Everything runs offline and the sim keeps ticking while you plan. I liked that upgrades feel meaningful rather than cosmetic.

Late game gets a bit repetitive once your airport is huge, and the camera can be fiddly. Still, for a relaxed simulator you can dip into for ten minutes, it does the job nicely.
